VitaTrack is available to:

• Patients who have been registered by an authorised VitaTrack administrator
• Authorised administrators who manage patient reports on behalf of VitaTrack

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform. By using VitaTrack you confirm that you meet this requirement.

VitaTrack provides blood test results and general reference information for informational purposes only. The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional — such as your GP or a specialist — regarding any health concerns or before making any decisions based on your results.

VitaTrack accepts no liability for any decisions made based on the information displayed on the platform.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Each account is for individual use only.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another patient's data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent data
• Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

Your use of VitaTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data including Special Category health data under UK GDPR.

All content, design, and functionality of VitaTrack is the intellectual property of VitaTrack. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

Your blood test results and personal data remain your own. We do not claim ownership of your data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitaTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of VitaTrack shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VitaTrack at any time if you breach these Terms of Service or if we have reason to believe your account has been compromised.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@vitatrack.co.uk.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
